HOW TO SIGN UP FOR ONLINE PAYMENT AND PAY A BILL

To enroll in automatic ACH payments, please complete the enclosed form and return it to our office by mail or via the drop box located on our porch at:

For your protection, please do not email completed ACH forms, as they contain sensitive information.
Once your form is received, we will initiate monthly ACH withdrawals, typically scheduled near the 20th of each month.
If you wish to cancel your ACH enrollment at any time, please submit a signed written notice to our office indicating your request to discontinue ACH payments

Residents can pay their utility bills by calling the West Baden Springs Town Hall office during regular business hours. Have your account number and payment method (such as a debit or credit card) ready, and a staff member will assist you in processing the payment securely over the phone.
