The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) in Indiana is responsible for reviewing zoning-related issues, including variances, special exceptions, and appeals from administrative decisions. Each county or municipality typically has its own BZA, which operates under Indiana Code § 36-7-4-916. The board ensures that zoning laws are applied fairly, taking into account community development and property rights.

The Board of Zoning Appeals convenes at West Baden Town Hall (as scheduled and announced) on Mondays after the Town Council Meeting.
