The availability of Hometown Heroes banners is restricted due to the finite number of lamp post banner holders in each town. Once all banner locations are occupied, no further banners can be accommodated.
Hometown Heroes banners are limited because there are only a certain number of lamp post banner holders in each town. When all these spots are filled, no additional banners can be displayed.
