To enroll in automatic ACH payments, please contact the Town Hall for more information:

For your protection, please do not email completed ACH forms, as they contain sensitive information.

Once your form is received, we will initiate monthly ACH withdrawals, typically scheduled near the 20th of each month.

If you wish to cancel your ACH enrollment at any time, please submit a signed written notice to our office indicating your request to discontinue ACH payments.

Office Payment Options for Town Services

Residents may submit their utility payments by placing their payment in the secure drop box located at the West Baden Springs Town Hall or by paying inside during our regular office hours. The drop box is available at all times for added convenience, allowing payments to be made outside of standard business hours. For those who prefer to pay in person, our staff is available during office hours to assist with questions, provide receipts, and ensure your payment is processed promptly.
